World War 1 airsoft submachine gun MP18
The (real) MP18 was adopted in 1918 by the German army during World War I as the primary weapon of the Stoßtruppen, assault groups specialising in trench warfare. Although production of the MP 18 ended in the 1920s, the design formed the basis of most of the machine guns created between 1920 and 1960.
This realistic replica manufactured by Snow Wolf is made of steel, metal and wood. The main parts of the replica such as the body and the barrel are made of steel. Smaller parts are made of metal. The replica is equipped with a bed made of a single piece of real wood.
The replica is equipped with a mid-cap with a capacity of 130 rounds. The initial rate of fire of 330 fps allows the replica to be used freely in built-up areas and to conduct operations at a medium distance.
The external execution as well as the operational culture of the replica leave nothing to be desired. The applied wooden elements lie comfortably in the hand and the blackened metal makes an aesthetic impression. The replica has two switches located between the bed and the body of the replica, one is the safety and the other is the fire mode selector. We gain access to the Hop-Up chamber after pulling back the reloading handle.
